- Market Expansion and Customer Development:

- Operational Reporting and Reporting:
– Utilize proficient communication in both Chinese and English to develop the Vietnamese market, expand new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
– Analyze market trends, develop and execute market expansion plans to achieve sales targets.
– Conduct commercial negotiations with customers and close sales contracts using Chinese and English.
– Manage the execution of sales contracts to ensure fulfillment of contract terms and customer satisfaction.
– Collect industry information, competitors’ dynamics and customers’ needs in Vietnam market and write reports using Chinese and English.
– Analyze market data and provide market strategy suggestions for the company.
– Lead the Vietnam team, set team goals and monitor team members’ work progress.
– Train team members to improve the team’s professional skills and business capabilities.
– Work closely with other departments within the company (e.g. product, R&D, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth business processes.
– Coordinate resources and solve problems arising from cross-departmental collaboration.
– Regularly report business progress to company management, including sales performance, market dynamics, customer feedback, etc.
– Submit business analysis reports to provide data support for company decision-making.

– Bachelor degree or above, majoring in business, marketing or related majors is preferred.
– More than 3 years international trade experience, textile industry background is preferred.
– Experience in cross-cultural communication and team management.
– Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English, with English as the working language.
– Chinese language skills may be relaxed, but need to be able to communicate in a basic way.
– Familiar with Vietnam market environment, good market analysis and business development ability.
– Proficient in the use of office software and basic financial knowledge.
– Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit
