MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

– Optical Device DFM process gap analysis and process flow development ;
– Lead new product introduction projects with a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled experts.
– Plan and manage all aspects of the project life cycle (design, engineering, tech transfer, validation, launch, scale-up).
– Manager ECN(engineering change) and DOE (design of experiment) for new material
– Sample material preparation including working with custom and purchase team
– Establish and maintain appropriate structures to ensure communication, flow of information and documentation within the project.
– Cross-functional role with strong interaction with various departments, internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers in FATP or OSAT factory.
– Ensuring effective implementation of requirements enabling fast ramp up of production and benefit realization.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

­- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline.
­- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics components manufacturing industry.
­- Preference will be given to candidates from Malaysia, Taiwan, or China.
­- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills.
