MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1.Research
– Lead the research, analysis, evaluation and selection of new solutions for mobile networks in
the field of digital transformation, BSS (Business Support System) according to the business
development plan.
– Researching the telecommunications industry to orient the solution set and identify
potential/targeted new customer segments for the department or company
2.Pre-sales
-Finding solutions, building technical plans and introducing demos to customers
-Manage existing solution suites, build new product suites, and prepare documentation on those
solutions
– Lead the development of technical solution documents, response statements, PoC plans,
technical support commitments, related documents
3.Other jobs
-Participate in goods inspection, delivery / project implementation, training, acceptance,
troubleshooting ….
-Coordinating with domestic and foreign experts in technical support
– Manage information of partners, solution providers, products suitable to company needs.
-Maintaining and developing relationships with customers (technical division)
-Participate in planning Engineering department

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

– At least 2 years of experience in technical consulting, IT infrastructure network solutions or
business solutions, business support solutions, digital transformation in the field of
telecommunications.

– Experience in implementing and operating ICT solutions/systems.
– University graduate majoring in Electronics and telecommunications, IT or related fields
(information systems, communication networks…)
– Prior experience in managing or participating in building integrated solutions for business in
the field of Telecommunication/Information Technology
– Preferably have knowledge/certificate in Big data (CCA or equivalent)
– Experience in hardware infrastructure projects: Server, virtualization, cloud
– Knowledge or participation in software projects on container and docker platforms is
preferred
– Ability to search, synthesize, and analyze information
– Skills in building technical solution documents (from general to detailed)
– English: good reading comprehension, good communication in technical related content
(required)
– Good communication and presentation skills.
Benefits:
– Salary: $1000 dollars (negotiable)
– Working time Mon-Fri, off Sat-Sun 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
– Lunch break 1:30pm
– Full regimes as prescribed by law.
