MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

    • According to the company’s goals, understand customer product development trends and demand information, and analyze customer needs
    • Responsible for new customer development and daily maintenance of old customers
    • Organize and guide project quotations, sample implementation tracking and submission confirmation, and arrange customer reception and contact (visits, audits and inspections, etc.)
    • Responsible for the transfer and review of project contracts
    • Responsible for forecasting, purchasing, production and inventory management of customer orders
    • Complete order delivery on schedule to meet customer needs
    • Establish corresponding customer information in the system according to different projects
    • Regularly review the progress of project information in the system, such as quotations, contract reviews, sample delivery, mass production, outbound shipments, etc.
    • Responsible for following up on outstanding accounts for all projects
    • Receive customer complaints and provide timely feedback to the corresponding department to ensure that the problem is resolved as soon as possible
    • Sales data summary and analysis
    • Daily management and performance appraisal of department personnel
    • Cultivation and improvement of department personnel capabilities
    • Team building, new employee training
    • Other tasks assigned by leaders

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

    • Business and marketing major, bachelor degree or above
    • More than 3-5 years of manufacturing customer service experience, experience in ordering, foreign trade, etc., more than 3 years of team management experience
    • English level 4 or above
      · Have excellent communication and coordination skills, must be able to speak English, Chinese will be given priority;
      · Strong groove analysis and pressure resistance ability;
      · Proficient in using Excel, PPT and other office software.
