MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

    • Develop customer resources, deeply understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets
    • Maintain cooperation with old customers and achieve sales targets
    • Visit customers regularly and provide feedback on market information to improve customer stickiness
    • Responsible for product sales plans, quotations, bidding documents, reviewing accounts and records related to sales services, coordinating transportation and other matters
    • Provide guidance and suggestions on product production from the perspective of sales and customer needs
    • Implement post-sales repayments and warranty deposit recovery; and properly handle customer disputes and other follow-up matters
    • Go deep into the project team to help the project team better understand customer needs and answer questions from customers.
    • Cooperate with the company in marketing and product management related work
    • Daily management and performance appraisal of department personnel
    • Cultivation and improvement of department personnel capabilities
    • Team building, new employee training
    • Other tasks assigned by leaders

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

    • Business and marketing major, bachelor degree or above
    • More than 6 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preference will be given to those with sales experience in the machinery and sheet metal industries
    • English level 4 or above
      · Have excellent communication and coordination skills, must be able to speak English, Chinese will be given priority;
      · Possess strong sales skills and sales experience, marketing experience and channel development experience;
      · Have strong customer service awareness and ability to solve problems independently.
